Myles Gordon’s chapbook, “Recite Every Day,” was published by Evening Street Press. His book-length book of poetry, “Inside the Splintered Wood,” is scheduled for publication in April by Tebot Bach Press. He has published poetry in numerous journals including Slipstream and Rattle. He teaches school in Revere and has previously worked as a television producer for WCVB TV.
Becky Kennedy is a linguist and is chair of the Humanities Department at Lasell College in Newton. She lives with her family in Jamaica Plain; her poems have appeared in a number of journals and in a chapbook published by Finishing Line Press. Her work has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize and has appeared on Verse Daily.
Co-director of Cambridge Writers’ Workshop, Diana Norma Szokolyai’s second collection of poetry & photographs, Parallel Sparrows, just came out from Finishing Line Press. Her work has been published on the front page of The Boston Globe, as well as in Dr. Hurley’s Snake Oil Cure, Lyre Lyre, Polarity, & The Fiction Project, among others. She lives in Brooklyn, NY.!
The Center for the Arts is located between Davis Square and Union Square. Parking is located behind the armory at the rear of the building. Arts at the Armory is approximately a 15 minute walk from Davis Square which is on the MTBA Red Line. You can also find us by using either the MBTA RT 88 and RT 90 bus that can be caught either at Lechmere (Green Line) or Davis Square (Red Line). Get off at the Highland Avenue and Lowell Street stop. You can also get to us from Sullivan Square (Orange Line) by using the MBTA RT 90 bus. Get off at the Highland Avenue and Benton Road stop.
